One of the best things we've invested in.

I started using Report Master in 2007. What sold me on the product was the SOAP short form with entries for every spinal level and several additional slots for extremity adjusting. That allowed me to note specific objective findings and adjustments by segment. It was easy to create automated codes for specific techniques. For example, the code "PRS" entered at the L4 treatment slot is "manipulation of L4 was performed using Gonstead Technique as a PRS pull move".

In their older version, the only real complaint I had was that you could only move from visit to visit with one 'click' if the format was unchanged. You could navigate progress reports with ease, but not from progress reports to initial reports or vice versa.

Fortunately, the new version allows you to move from initial to interim to progress reports with ease. It maintained all the features I liked and eliminated my chief complaint. I have an AK practice and record all my muscle testing under the narrative in the physical exam. I typically display that narrative from the previous visit on a large flat-screen TV in the treatment room. That way I can review previous testing from the treatment table while treating the patient.

Although I have a cash practice, the format does generate excellent office notes for submission to third-party payers. It is also great for generating reports to other physicians.

Your program puts out the best reports I have ever seen.

I have owned Report Master for many years, and out of all the software I own, it is on my top 5 list.  It truly is a great solution for your clinic.  I originally bought it for the sole purpose of creating AWESOME PI notes (which it does and very quickly and effortlessly!). 

However, I am currently in a Medicare Audit which is devastatingly not fun, to say the least.  Thank God I have been using Report Master because without it I would be screwed!  Because of Report-Master, I can produce EXACTLY what Medicare is requesting in roughly 800 pages of notes created using Report Master.  I strongly urge you to buy this program, for it is more valuable than you currently realize.

My attorney actually asked me to redo some reports that I had written prior to getting Report Master.

Fantastic product and customer service.  I recently made a major mistake while saving patient SOAP notes and instead of saving data, I deleted approximately 9 months of notes. I took the computer to a local computer company and they tried to retrieve the data still on the hard drive but there was so much data we couldn't figure out what data I was looking for.

I thought I was going to have to input 9 months of notes and in desperation called Report Master to see if they could do anything. Chris was able to remote access my computer and retrieve the data for me in about 3 minutes. I ended up losing only the last two weeks entered. Dear Ron, I want to express my compliments to you and your support staff for the manner in which Rena handled our issues regarding Report Master. We had and may still have some very thorny issues based primarily on the way some of our programs were set up by people (ours) who were not particularly knowledgeable in that area. I have been using Report Master for over 10 years for final reports in P.I. cases and have had attorneys comment on numerous occasions about the quality of the reports. THEY LIKE THEM a lot.
